Staff Analytics Engineer

About the role Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit. We are looking for a Staff Analytics Engineer to join our team supporting our external data products. In this position, you will report to our Head of Analytics and partner closely with the engineering, product, and implementation teams to build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers our products. This is a hands-on role that will develop into a player-coach position. You will design and maintain data pipelines, create dashboards, and work directly with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business outcomes. Eventually, you will lead and grow a team of analytics engineers while staying technically hands-on.
