Position Overview We are building a cutting-edge Platform that will transform the way our customers identify, protect and govern their data. This will revolutionize how customers secure their data by placing identity at the core – providing unparalleled visibility and control. We are seeking a Staff DBA with a strong background in data engineering and backend architecture to help define and standardize how data is stored and modeled across our unified security platform. This role focuses on data schema design, consistency, and interoperability — ensuring that data collected from multiple enterprise systems (such as Active Directory, SharePoint, Entra ID, and file servers) is represented in a clear, unified, and scalable structure. You will work closely with backend and platform engineers to design the data models, schemas, and standards that power analytics, reporting, and policy enforcement across the platform.
