About this role This is a cross-pillar, staff-level individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design, Discovery. You'll be Faire's creative quality owner — the person who thinks about the holistic visual and experiential identity of our product and programs, and ensure they are shipped at high quality in-product and cohesive to our customers out of product. You are staffed centrally. You move across the entire product surface, partnering with pillar leads, pod designers + engineers, system designers + engineers, and creative stakeholders to define and raise the visual bar. You'll lead high-ambiguity, high-visibility creative problems from 0 to 1—the kind that shift how Faire feels for every retailer and brand who uses it.
