Staff Engineer (Avature Solution Consultant)

Requirements Experience : 5.5+ years Strong experience in HR technology, talent acquisition platforms, and enterprise HR solution design. Strong expertise in Avature configuration, including workflows, forms, fields, templates, user roles, permissions, security models, and platform governance. Proven experience in Design Consulting , translating business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions and platform designs. Hands-on experience with Avature Junction integrations, including API-led integration architecture, data mapping, transformation rules, orchestration, and error handling. Experience implementing and supporting enterprise Data Lake/Lakehouse solutions, with exposure to Sherlock Data Lakehouse preferred. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, enterprise integration frameworks, and data governance principles. Ability to align platform configurations with enterprise integration, analytics, and reporting requirements. Experience designing scalable recruitment, offer management, and onboarding solutions within Avature. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience facilitating workshops and solution design discussions. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and globally distributed teams. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR platforms is an advantage. Exposure to Avature Agent Builder or Agentic AI
