Staff Engineer, Devops

REQUIREMENTS: • Total experience: 5.5+ years . • Strong experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering . • Must-have expertise in Cloud Platforms (Azure or GCP), Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes (AKS/GKE), and Terraform . • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and Azure DevOps . • Strong experience with containerization, Kubernetes deployments, scaling, upgrades, and environment management . • Experience with Helm for deployment templating and Kubernetes package management. • Strong scripting experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation. • Good understanding of networking concepts including DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and cloud networking. • Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, or cloud-native monitoring tools. • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices , including vulnerability scanning, secret management, compliance, and security automation. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes. • Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure across Azure or GCP environments. • Administer and support Docker containers and Kubernetes (AKS/GKE) clusters, including deployments, scaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resource
