Staff Engineer, ERP Workday (Financial Functional Consultant)

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 6 + years Strong experience in Workday Financials configuration, maintenance, and support. Hands-on functional expertise across Workday Financial Management modules. Experience configuring and maintaining Workday Financial business processes and system configurations. Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Financial solutions. Strong understanding of Workday Financial architecture, business processes, security concepts, and configuration best practices. Experience supporting Workday Financial enhancements, releases, testing, and production support. Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective functional solutions. Experience developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including business requirements, configuration documents, test plans, and user guides. Strong understanding of Workday Financial reporting and system capabilities. Ability to ensure Workday Financial solutions align with business objectives and organizational standards. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
