Staff Engineer, ERP Workday (Technical Consultant – HCM/Financials)

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 6+ years Strong experience in Workday Integration Development and Support. Hands-on experience with Workday HCM / Workday Financials. Strong expertise in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), including User Template Fill-in, Mass Upload, and Outbound Integrations. Experience developing and supporting Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio Integrations, and Document Transformation. Strong knowledge of Workday Financials (Mandatory). Experience with Workday Business Process Configuration. Hands-on experience in Workday Report Writer and BIRT report development. Good understanding of Workday Security Profiles and security framework. Experience supporting existing Workday functional and integration solutions. Experience uploading and maintaining Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding content, and related configurations. Knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management System (EMS), and Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred. Experience working with ITSM processes and support models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional IT teams. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support and enhancement environment. Availability to work during US business hour overlap. Preferred shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST.
