Staff Engineer - Intelligent Customer Experiences As a Staff Engineer for Intelligent Customer Experiences, you will lead the evolution of the Adyen experience from a traditional dashboard into an intelligent, conversational financial partner. We are looking for a product engineer who can wear an architectural hat to build Agentic Workflows and manage backend orchestration (specifically Tool-use, Chains, and Policy Layers). This role is essential for transforming natural language inputs into authenticated, secure financial operations. What you'll do Drive Intelligent Experiences: Lead the next generation of conversational UIs at Adyen. You will build Generative UIs that adapt in real-time, moving beyond static dashboards to create streaming, multi-modal experiences where the interface itself is a dynamic partner in the conversation. Bridge Architecture & Innovation: Act as the primary technical liaison for AI initiatives, coordinating their integration and ensuring operational excellence with teams in different areas and global geographies. You will ensure that "intelligent modules" built in are the gold standard for performance and extensibility. Zero-Trust for AI: Architect the security layer for conversational interfaces. You will solve the unique challenge of maintaining strict financial data privacy and "Zero Trust" principles while leve
