Staff Engineer (OpenText)

Requirements Experience : 5.5+ years Strong experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. Hands-on experience with OpenText ExStream and OpenText xPression for document generation and customer communications. Strong expertise in OpenText Content Server configuration, customization, and administration. Experience developing and customizing WebReports, LiveReports, and complex workflow solutions. Proficiency in designing and customizing OpenText Content Server components, including Smart UI customizations and CSUI SDK widgets. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integrating OpenText solutions with external enterprise applications. Experience performing Content Server administration activities, including system upgrades, patching, configuration, and maintenance. Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems and server administration. Experience with Object Import/Export, Forms, Form Templates, Active View, and Perspective configuration. Strong understanding of Categories, metadata definitions, and document management best practices. Deep technical knowledge of OpenText Content Server architecture and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS). Experience with large-scale document and data migration projects. Proficiency in SQL query development and working with Content Server database schemas. Experience configuring indexes, partitions, distributed agents, and search facets. Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and web-based customizations. Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat,
