Staff Engineer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Data Cloud)

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 6+ years Strong hands-on implementation experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud in 1–2 end-to-end projects. Strong expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Advertising Studio, Reporting, Einstein, and APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, best practices, and solution design principles. Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions. Strong experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and third-party applications. Hands-on development experience with AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, and CSS. Experience developing responsive email templates and dynamic, personalized email campaigns. Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud data models, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Subscriber Management, and audience segmentation. Experience building customer journeys, automation workflows, triggered communications, and multi-channel campaigns. Experience creating technical architecture, implementation diagrams, and solution documentation. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. Experience developing reports, dashboards, and campaign performance analytics in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving s
