You will champion agile practices, manage a team of 3–4 associates, and bridge the gap between creative marketing strategies and technical execution. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Manage Team Performance: Mentor and guide 3-4 Marketing Operations associates to ensure high productivity. Coordinate with Business: Partner with business stakeholders to align marketing deliverables with organizational goals. Track Outcomes: Define, measure, and report on sprint velocity, project deliverables, and campaign outcomes. Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate roadblocks slowing down marketing campaign deployments. Required Experience and Skills Overall Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience in project management or agile environments.
