Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (AI Ops & Event Management)

That's where you come in.oss-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery REQUIREMENTS: Experience - 5.5+ years Strong experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation capabilities Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platforms Strong understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practices Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps will be an added advantage RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions following ServiceNow best practices Configure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps capabilities for business-critical applications and infrastructure Implement Event Management solutions, including alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise reduction Deve
