Staff Engineer, UKG WFM Integration Developer

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 6+ years Strong experience in UKG integration design and implementation UKG Integration Certification (Mandatory) Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle UKG implementation projects. Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms such as Boomi , SFTP, CSV/XML, and file-based integrations, EDI integrations and carrier connectivity. Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central integrations, UKG Ready integrations , NetSuite, ADP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA integrations Good understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals modules Strong knowledge of Data mapping and transformation, Validation and reconciliation techniques, Integration monitoring and troubleshooting Experience with benefits integrations, Beacon, and EverythingBenefits preferred Exposure to WFC to Pro WFM migration programs Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and own end-to-end integration architecture for UKG implementations and upgrades Develop and support inbound/outbound integrations using APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces Configure and manage REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, EDI, and middleware integrations Lead full lifecycle integration delivery including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
