We are currently moving beyond basic asset tracking toward a proactive, service-aware ecosystem, using the ServiceNow CMDB as the central nervous system for our global technology strategy. We are seeking a Staff IT Asset Architect (IC4) to serve as the lead designer and strategist for our global Asset Management programme. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role spanning the full breadth of our technology estate: endpoints, data centre infrastructure, cloud accounts and subscriptions, applications, and business services. You will build on our existing asset tracking foundations, working to identify gaps in coverage, data quality, and process maturity, and drive a clear roadmap to accelerate the programme toward a fully governed, automated, and business-aligned state. Working across IT Infrastructure, InfoSec, Finance, and Cloud Operations, you will establish the standards, workflows, and integrations that make our asset data trustworthy and actionable at every level of the business.
