Support Products released in mass production through daily hold lots disposition, yield enhancement, test cost reduction, cycle time improvement, Data analysis and other innovative cost reduction techniques without compromising quality. Daily Hold lot review and disposition (WS/FT/EQC). Test Hardware releases (Tester/Handler/Loadboard/Probe Card) Critical analysis of OSAT and FAB data and maintaining PAR database. On-time introduction of new Products supporting characterization, qualification and productization at the right cost and quality supporting BU’s (Business Unit) growth targets. Support failure analysis during product development and production phases. Cost reduction through wafer sort and final test yield enhancement, reduced test cost and other innovative cost reduction techniques supporting gross margin goals. Monitor and support implementation of pro-active process controls in world-wide manufacturing sites enabling reduction in DPPM and enhanced total customer satisfaction. Support Design of Experiments as needed to improve Specification conformance, Reliability and Cost. Consult regularly and openly with colleagues in Test, Design, Applications, Process, Quality, Marketing and PMO. Generate required Sustaining PENG reports Support for customer RMAs Other accountabilities as defined. Willing to work on weekends. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Science Engineering Discipline Minimum 8 years as a hands-on Product Engineer in an Analog/Mixed Signal Semiconductor environment. Knowledge of Statistical data analysis techniques and tools (Spotfire, Quickedit, PDF tool, etc.) Work experience in PMIC’s, DC-DC converters, ADC’s and DACs, Wireless Power Receiver, LED Driver, Automotive devices Hands on experience on ATE platforms specifically Teradyne/ ASL1K/ ETS/ Advantest test system and Bench test equipment.
