Our Product Team operates in an augmented model - you will direct what we are building toward and our non-negotiables, while our delivery partners direct how it gets built. This role owns the experience that makes ShiftKey the one they stick with: finding shifts, getting placed, seeing what they earn and why, building a reputation, and coming back. You'll own Professional Lifetime Value as the metric that tells you whether it's working, and you'll partner with the PM who owns the facility side to keep the marketplace healthy on both ends.
