While your legal employer will be our EoR partner, you will be fully integrated into our Credit Acceptance team for day-to-day work and collaboration. The Staff Software Engineer, Data is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling cloud-based data platforms that support critical business insights and operations. This role partners across teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions while driving architectural direction and engineering best practices. They bring deep expertise in data engineering, including pipeline design, data modeling, and modern cloud technologies. In addition to technical leadership, they mentor engineers, influence stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with business outcomes. Design, build, and scale data pipelines across a variety of source systems and streams, including internal, third-party, and cloud-based platforms.
