About the role: What's in the Box You'll work with HelloFresh's GenAI Enablement Squad , a cross-functional team helping teams across the company unlock the practical value of AI. The mission is simple: identify high-impact problems, build AI-powered solutions that solve them, and scale what works. As a Staff Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and business. One week you might be embedded with the HR or Finance teams understanding how they work; the next you'll be building an agentic workflow, integrating it into the internal tooling, or scaling a successful prototype into a production system used across the company.
