The Staff TPM role is for someone who has been here before — shaped product strategy at consequential scale, operates with minimal direction, influences cross-functional leaders, and leaves things measurably better than they found them. WHO YOU ARE - A technical PM who operates at systems level — You think in platforms, not features. You understand how product decisions create leverage or lock-in two years from now, and you've navigated that before. - A deep AI product thinker — You've owned AI-native products through multiple iterations. You understand eval frameworks, model tradeoffs, prompt architecture, and the operational complexity of running LLM features at scale. - An organizational multiplier — You turn tribal knowledge into reusable standards and patterns.
