Summary of Position The Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM)- Devices resides within the Product and Technology organization and drives the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs and strategic initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes across a highly matrixed organization. The TPM serves as the execution lead for hardware, firmware, software, and systems integration initiatives, ensuring product solutions are architected, implemented, and validated to meet requirements, schedules, and quality standards. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams, this leader drives alignment, mitigates risk, and delivers measurable business outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead complex technical programs spanning web, mobile, medical device, embedded software, firmware, and data platforms. Drive end-to-end program execution from initiation through launch, ensuring stakeholder alignment across all milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations. Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans across multiple concurrent workstreams. Facilitate technical discussions regarding architecture decisions, systems integration, platform scalability, and design tradeoffs.
