But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on: Program managing some of the most complex, cross-Supergroup initiatives that directly contribute to our highest priority Company Goals Partnering with Group Leadership to deliver Canva's highest priority, multi-disciplinary programs Influencing senior stakeholders on delivery trade-offs, sequencing, and company-wide process decisions Improving how the group delivers: planning hygiene, roadmap visibility, decision-making practices, cross-team governance, and scalable ways of working Supporting engineering leads through goal planning and beyond: shaping milestones, prioritisation, estimation, and capacity planning Tracking delivery status, managing risk, and untangling dependencies across teams and groups Building the partnerships and culture that get people aligned, accountable, and moving fast You're probably a match if You have
