ROLE OVERVIEW The Staff Web Designer joins Harvey's Web team to define and elevate the design experience across harvey.ai http://harvey.ai and all web-facing surfaces. The team is responsible for translating Harvey's brand and product story into compelling, accessible, and high-performing web experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. In this role, you will own and evolve the website design system, lead user research and testing initiatives, and set the quality bar for every page that ships. You will partner closely with web engineers, motion designers, product marketing, and brand stakeholders to deliver end-to-end design solutions at the pace a category-defining legal AI company demands.
