An exciting opportunity has become available for a Stock Administrator to join our team in Banbury on a full time permanent basis! As a Stock Administrator you will be responsible for providing accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance. Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am. Salary: £29,500 per annum. Key Duties of a Stock Administrator: Inspecting floors daily and physically checking stock as required. Reconciling goods inbound report. Creating and distributing stock reports as required. Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care. Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures. Processing returns. Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside, and missing pallets. Emptying location checks as required. Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances. Providing cover for internal senior team. Filing general admin paperwork. Other duties as reasonably required. Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. PC literate and experience in MS Excel. Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions. Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative. Able to manage own workload effectively and prioritise. Excellent customer service skills.
