We are looking for dynamic and experienced Structural Design Engineers to support ongoing design development of several luxury projects worldwide focusing on boutique hospitality assets. This role requires a creative and technical professional who can deliver efficient and innovative structural engineering solutions while maintaining the aesthetic and functional standards expected in luxury developments. In this role, you will be responsible for structural design development of luxury villas and boutique hotels. You should be able to work independently throughout the day, coordinate with the team when needed, and deliver intermediate results weekly. You will report to a Structural Design Manager, but collaborate with the entire design team, including but not limited to architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, the FF&E procurement team, and client representatives. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be punctual, detail-oriented, self-organized, and motivated to deliver quality results. The ideal candidate will have: Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering Between 5 to 8 years of structural engineering design experience working for a design consultancy or general contractor Experience in high-end hospitality projects, like 5-star hotels and private villas Proven experience in seismic design and earthquake-resistant structures Strong background in structural detailing and construction drawings development Design structural systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with local building codes, seismic regulations, and international structural standards Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and MEP engineers to integrate structural elements seamlessly into the overall project design Proactively participate in spatial coordination with architectural and MEP models, research efficient structural methodologies and systems to secure the init
