With an initial foundation already in place, this role offers the rare opportunity to shape the future of a growing office, build strong community relationships, and help create a thriving local team, all with the support, resources, and technical depth of a firm with national reach. You’ll help establish KPFF as a trusted engineering partner in the Madison market by working with your current connections and establishing new client relationships, mentoring future team members, and helping shape projects that strengthen the local community.
