Data and Analytics Support end-of-semester and annual reporting by compiling and summarizing key metrics. Create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets. Assist with survey data collection and analysis to evaluate student experiences and program effectiveness. Maintain and update employer engagement records, including outreach, event participation, and follow-up tracking. Support First Destination Survey outreach, data entry, and record clean-up. Review data sets for accuracy and consistency, flagging errors or missing information. Pull and organize data from platforms such as Handshake and Navigate to support reports and projects. Document data processes and workflows so they can be easily repeated by others. Student and Front Desk Support Welcome visitors to the Strommen Center and serve as the first point of contact. Handle all front desk and administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, etc. Assist students with Navigate and Handshake, our online career portal. Assist students with resume and cover letter writing, beginning steps of job and internship searches, and connecting to career planning resources. Attend regular supervisor check-ins and staff meetin
