This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across project coordination, business analysis, software development, and testing activities while working with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment. What to do: Development & Technical Support Support IT teams with documentation of technical solutions. Assist in coordinating development activities and releases. Help maintain development-related artifacts and knowledge repositories. Perform basic technical analysis and research tasks. Testing & Quality Assurance Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases. Validate application functionality and document findings. Report and track defects during testing cycles. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Assist in maintaining testing documentation. Project Management Office (PMO) Support Assist in project tracking, reporting, and status updates. Maintain project documentation and meeting minutes. Support preparation of presentations, dashboards, and project reports. Follow up on action items and coordinate with project stakeholders. Help manage project plans, risk registers, and delivery milestones.
