Context and environment The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP). Accountabilities Throughout the project phases, develop, issue, update and implement the FOPS Subsea philosophy/strategy for all the facilities encompassed within the Project, according to the Project objectives. To define and propose actions to be implemented to apply these strategies. To define all required FOPS contracts/procedure/tools that are required to be implemented during project phase and before RFSU. Ensure that Inspection strategy is implemented in anticipation to the First Gas and subsequent operations. To co-ordinate these actions with other Project activities. Activities The job holder responsibilities are: Acting as FOPS Technical Authority for all Subsea Production system issues. Ensure the FOPS requirements are implemented in the design of all subsea equipment. Participate in the design reviews of subsea equipment. Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) to confirm that multi-vendor subsea components physically fit and communicate together. Prepare Subsea O
