Supervisor, Fiber Construction

Zayo is seeking a Supervisor of Fiber Construction who will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of an assigned team of fiber construction managers. This team has a dedicated focus on vendor management, work order execution, construction, and restoration of Zayo fiber networks and services that are consistent with all defined standard operating processes and procedures. The position will support the Manager of Fiber Construction and work across other fiber construction teams within the area, as well as provide support to Zayo cross-functional teams to improve the quality of processes, deliverables and the end-to-end customer experience. Each fiber construction team is expected to maintain open communication across all areas of the business and work as a unit with consistency while building, implementing, and restoring or maintaining services; cognizant of fostering the vision and values of Zayo. This position is accountable for their assigned team and area for delivering KPIs including but not limited to CapEx spend, fiber complete for small cell, and installed enterprise revenue. Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
