The Supervisor, Station Administration is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative functions while fostering a culture of communication, safety, and performance. This role plays a key part in the tracking and follow-through of attendance discipline, training oversight, badging processes, and employee engagement, while serving as a mentor and resource to the station team. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize all aspects of station attendance, including tracking, auditing, analyzing trends, and preparing accurate, timely reports. Lead and facilitate attendance progressive discipline processes, including terminations, and probationary releases, driving fairness, consistency, and compliance. Conduct thorough investigatio
