Beta Technologies is seeking a Supplier Compliance Engineer who will partner with members of the Materials & Process, Programs, and Procurement teams to onboard, assess, monitor, and maintain suppliers on BETA’s Approved Supplier List How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: Be a focal for new supplier onboarding, reassessment, and special process witnessing audits Act as a conduit for clarifying and assessing aerospace and BETA’s quality requirements Work directly with domestic and international suppliers Verify and evaluate the control of supplier’s QMS and of applicable special processes Responsible for SCAR creation, issuing, tracking, and collaborating with suppliers on RCCA for identified findings during assessments Review KPIs of supplier rating system and help determine BETA’s level of oversight Generate audit reports based on the items above Assist in the continuous improvement of BETA’s processes regarding Supplier Management and Supply Chain practices Minimum Qualifications: Four-year degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of one-three years of industry experience Experience working in a manufacturing company that is certified to ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 Excellent written and verbal communication;
