Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client, a dynamic Amazon FBA business with a global presence, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator who will manage and oversee the daily, weekly, and ad hoc supply chain operations to ensure seamless execution of Amazon FBA shipments, inventory management, and vendor relations. This role is pivotal in coordinating with internal teams, external forwarders, and suppliers to maintain an efficient and effective supply chain process. Key Responsibilities: Daily Tasks Monitor FBA shipment receipts and update ClickUp (CU) with actual delivery dates and shipment statuses. Communicate shipment updates with forwarders and update CU and Odoo systems accordingly. Notify relevant stakeholders, including the Demand planner and Supply Chain Compliance Manager, to facilitate inventory transfers. Manage the supply chain email inbox, ensuring timely resolution of queries and correspondence. Process reimbursement claims through 3rd party services. Weekly Tasks Track and acknowledge inbound defects, filing disputes where applicable. As-Required Tasks Purchase Orders (POs): Send POs to suppliers and obtain approvals. Validate pricing and applicable discounts, entering details into Odoo and CU. Shipment Planning: Create shipment plans in coordination with Bolang and suppliers.
