Position Overview The OPUS Platform Knowledge Expert is a platform and subject-matter expert responsible for developing, structuring, and maintaining the messaging, positioning, and core knowledge artifacts that power TraceLink’s OPUS Platform go-to-market execution, field enablement, and AI-driven experiences for both customer personas and TraceLink field teams. The OPUS Platform Knowledge Expert serves as the global owner of the OPUS platform capability areas —such as Opus Reports and Dashboards, Opus Solution Environment, Solution Catalog, user administration, metadata management, etc.—and builds the messaging frameworks, insights, and artifacts that support executive-level conversations across all relevant customer segments. This is a unique role combining platform expertise, industry context, strategic storytelling, and knowledge artifact creation, and curation for executive buyer experiences. Responsibilities OPUS Platform Domain Expertise Serve as TraceLink’s subject-matter expert for the OPUS Platform, supporting Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Con
