The SVP, Client Growth, Manufacturing & Retail is Ansira ’s vertical owner and leader across manufacturing and retail clients. This role is responsible for client success and growth across multiple portfolios within this vertical. This role focuses on the strategic direction on how Ansira grows and succeeds in the vertical. This person brings together the right team to drive sales growth, expand our offering footprint, ensure profitability, and margin health, and influence the client's strategy through knowledge,innovationand thought leadership. Key requirements for this role are strong leadership, a subject matter expert in all areas of Ansira ’sbusiness, anddemonstrated success in selling and growing client revenue – both in new logos and existing clients. In addition, it isexpectedthis person is a creative problem solver, a proactive and effective communicator, and has a passion for client success. This person must be able to manage multiple clients across business verticals, as well as be an effective manager and mentor to an internal team. Job Description What you will do: Own the strategic direction and health of multiple portfolios through VPs. Bring forward verticalinsightand translate what is happening in the market into clear priorities for the broader organization. Own scalable distribution of vertical direction across adjacent teams so commercial focus, solutioning, media, product priorities, and roadmap discussions stay aligned. Set vertical priorities tied to retention, expansion, margin, and risk. Serve as the highest internal escalation point for major business,
