Who you are: The System Administrator is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and security of the platform infrastructure. The role involves hands-on system administration, managing user accounts, permissions, and system configurations, while adhering to established operational policies. The System Administrator ensures system health, implements monitoring tools, manages backups, and automates routine tasks. What you do: Perform system administration tasks, including user account management and system configuration. Implement and maintain system monitoring tools and manage backup and recovery systems. Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting and automation tools. Conduct regular system health checks and apply system updates and patches. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as the primary point of contact. Maintain system documentation and monitor system logs for anomalies. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 platform availability. What you need: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in enterprise
