We are looking for a System Administrator to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. The role is accountable to ensure the implementation and maintenance of efood’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have proven professional experience and detailed knowledge of best practice processes. What you'll do: Provide end-user support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues via ticketing systems, email, remote assistance, or in person. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux). Manage user accounts and permissions in Intune, Jamf, and Okta. Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and assist in maintaining telecommunications systems (VoIP, PBX). Deliver field support services across the organization’s remote buildings and offices, ensuring uninterrupted IT operations and timely resolution of on-site issues using the company's car.
