At CIMA+, the System Administrator – GitHub Platform & DevSecOps plays a key role in the reliability, security, and efficiency of software development environments. You will be responsible for administering the corporate GitHub platform and implementing DevSecOps practices, working closely with development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality, security, and delivery speed of the company’s technology solutions. Primary Responsibilities Administer and maintain the GitHub platform (organizations, repositories, access, policies) Define and evolve DevSecOps standards (CI/CD, integrated security, automation) Integrate security controls into pipelines (SAST, DAST, secrets, dependencies) Collaborate with development teams to improve practices and tools Ensure compliance with security requirements and IT policies Support teams during incidents or issues related to pipelines and GitHub Document processes, standards, and best practices IT professional passionate about automation, security, and modern development practices Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Bilingualism (French and English) required to support activities across Canada Structured approach, quality-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement Integrity, team spirit, and commitment to excellence Technical Skills GitHub (Enterprise Cloud or Server) Git, branch management, and depl
