Our engineering team is committed to using the best tools for the job, including React, Python, Ruby on Rails, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, and Semaphore CI. We need best-in-class Systems Administrators to help us build new products and scale our existing offerings to the world. Role and Responsibilities Work closely with the rest of the engineering team to develop, maintain, and improve our ability to quickly respond to changing company priorities without sacrificing system stability or security. Resolve emergencies and sudden issues in tandem with our DevOps person. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Perform regular security audits and take steps to ensure compliance with security standards. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization. Configure employee workstations in accordance with company standards and operational requirements. Provide basic technical support to
