The Work The System Architect will assist in designing, configuring, and implementing Pega‑based solutions under the guidance of senior team members. This role focuses on developing foundational Pega application components, supporting integrations, troubleshooting entry‑level issues, and continuously learning evolving Pega platform capabilities. The System Architect will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Pega configurations while adhering to guardrails and best practices. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and configuration of Pega‑based solutions under the direction of senior architects and developers Develop, configure, and implement basic Pega application components (case types, flows, UI rules, data transforms, simple integrations) Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system specifications, workflow needs, and data requirements Follow Pega guardrails, coding standards, and software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle Seek guidance from experienced team members while building independent technical capability Troubleshoot and resolve entry‑l
