What You'll Do: Position Summary The Systems Engineer sits in our Collaboration & Identity Services space, and is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise identity, messaging, collaboration, and cloud services. This role serves as a technical expert for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services that support business operations globally. Key Responsibilities Identity & Infrastructure Administer and support enterprise Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, certificate services, and identity lifecycle management. Manage account provisioning, access governance, service accounts, security groups, and automation solutions. Support hybrid identity services, directory synchronization, and single sign-on solutions.
