How you’ll make us better: Administer Office 365 including MS Exchange and SharePoint Support Network and Email migrations Administer Azure, AWS, and Hybrid Active Directory Build and manage packages and applications for deployment with Intune, AutoPilot, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) Build and maintain infrastructure as code Monitor and respond to infrastructure events using tools such as Datadog and OpsGenie Perform regular system upgrades and patches to address vulnerabilities identified with Tenable Deploy and maintain Cisco Meraki equipment and network infrastructure Troubleshoot complex and escalated issues to include Root Cause Analysis on diverse systems and topologies Author and maintain Azure Functions and/or Azure Automation Runbooks Support information technology compliance with applicable regulations and standards including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, to include artifact gathering for yearly audits Your special skills: Strong organizational skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments and team members Prerequisites for success: High School diplo
