You'll be part of modernizing the EHR platform to enable better data access, patient experience, and quality of care for 567 tribes, 37 states and over 600 medical facilities. Our work depends on a Systems Engineer Senior joining our team to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. As a Systems Engineer Senior supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for supporting Federal EHR HIT Modernization program activities. This position is fully remote, US based only. This role requires you to obtain and maintain an in-depth Public Trust Level 5. This investigation will review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications. HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Lead integration efforts across the Oracle Health EHR platform, ancillary systems, partner organizations, and external agencies. Design and implement interoperability solutions using standards such as HL7, X12, IHE, FHIR, and APIs. Analyze clinical, financial, and administrative workflows to architect reliable, secure end‑to‑end data exchange. Configure, test, and maintain interfaces, system connectivity, and integration environments. Troubleshoot complex interoperability issues and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions
