Systems Lead Engineer Pay rate: Negotiable Permanent Position Columbus GA 401k max first 4% dollar/dollar and automatically vested in company day 1 Bachelors Degree required Critical role in the system engineering side which supports our Cisco UCS, VMware, and Storage from hardware and currency prospective. Will analyze, develop, modify, install, test, maintain, and manage infrastructure components, systems servers, and associated services. Responsible for the more complex work and assignments typically required of a Systems Engineer. Acts as a lead on activities of the team. The role is also key for troubleshooting and addressing any production issues and risk related findings. This role will play a significant part in capacity planning and growth within our Data Center for new server build components around upcoming LOB projects. Preferred Experience: ■ SAN ■ Cisco UCS ■ VMware Work with users to gather business requirements, performs data analysis, code and test middleware routines to ensure successful and seamless communication among the various IT systems and application components. ■ Evaluate vendor supplied software packages and make recommendations to IT management. Make recommendations regarding optimization of software and hardware integration on the existing network infrastructure. ■ Participate in component and data architecture design, software product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations. ■ Modify, install and prepare technical documentation for system software applications. ■ Diagnose, isolate and debug software problems and perform problem resolution. ■ Monitor system capacity and pe
