Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the TA team through coaching, support, and best-practice guidance. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hard-to-fill and critical roles with a focus on quality and efficiency. Initiate and contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media, career sites, and recruitment campaigns. Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive recruitment strategies. Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement. Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, providing insights and influencing hiring decisions. Leverage external recruitment tools and ensure positive ROI across sourcing channels. Support TA leadership in refining processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and hiring quality. Utilize recruitment tools and social platforms and help organize career fairs when needed.
