A Brief Overview The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for utilizing various sourcing methods to identify, pre-qualify, and engage potential candidates in the recruiting process. What you will do Partners with Talent Acquisition on execution of designated roles to source Performs initial outreach and basic screening to determine a candidate's interest level and basic fit, then presents to assigned talent acquisition partner. Responsible for sourcing High-volume, common, or repeatable roles (e.g., Environmental Services, Security, PCTs, LPNs, EDTs, Medical Assistants, General Administrative Staff). Meets and exceeds sourcing performance metrics Performs sourcing using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter,
