Talent and People Programs Manager

We're looking for an HR professional who can own and run the programs that keep Destination Pet 's people strategy on track — our annual performance management cycle, compensation governance, enterprise talent programs, and the analytics that give leadership visibility into how our organization is doing. Some of what you'll administer already exists and runs on a fixed annual rhythm; some you'll help build, refine, or launch as our priorities evolve. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a pure coordination role: you'll partner directly with executive leadership, the Operations team, and business leaders across the company to administer critical programs and shape how they work. Real HR program experience — not just project-coordination experience — matters here. We are looking to add a Talent and People Programs Manager to our team! LOCATION: Remote US ( preference given to candidates based in Dallas or Denver) Travel: 10% REPORTS TO :Group CHRO (dotted line to VP of HR) PAY: $85,000- $115,000 plus bonus potential up to 10% CORE RESPONSIBILITES: Enterprise People Programs Lead administration of enterprise talent programs, including career pathing, succession planning, leadership development initiatives, and other strategic people programs Partner with the Operations team to align development programs with company priorities Continuously evaluate and improve enterprise people processes through data, feedback, and industry best practices Performance Management Own and administer the company's annual and mid-year performance management cycles Manage performance review timelines, communications, system administration, reporting, and completion tracking Partner with leader
