Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator and Sourcer to join our Talent team. In this role, you will partner with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and providing support to candidates and hiring partners. Additionally, you will leverage your sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent through various channels. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our recruitment efforts, improve processes, and play a key role in shaping our organizations talent acquisition strategy.
