If you are early in your career and looking for a fast-tracked growth opportunity into talent acquisition, startup operations, or people management, this is your launching pad . 📈 What Your First 90 Days Look Like First 15 Days (Onboard & Learn): Shadow live screening calls, master internal documentation tools, begin independently conducting 15–20 screening calls/day and progressively ramp up screening volume (target: 25–40 calls/day). Days 30–60 (Own & Execute): Run independent, high-quality candidate screens that closely mirror client interview standards, take ownership of candidate feedback, and generate key reports. Towards 6 Months (Scale & Convert): Master end-to-end talent operations and position yourself for full-time conversion or extension based on performance. 🎁 What’s In It For You?
