KordaMentha is seeking a professional and proactive Team Administrator to support our Townsville office. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, providing high-quality administrative support while helping to maintain a professional, organised and client-ready environment. This is a part-time opportunity (approximately 22.5 hours per week) , suited to someone who is detail-oriented, process driven and takes pride in delivering a consistently high level of service. Working closely with Partners, Executive Directors and the broader team, this role offers exposure across multiple service lines and operational functions, fostering strong organisational, stakeholder engagement, and office coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Administration Support Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business Provide general administrative support to Partners, Executive Directors and professional staff Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, itineraries and related logistics Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Complete document support tasks, including formatting reports and corresponden
