As Team Lead Data Products & Analytics (gn) , you will have a significant impact on how we turn data into real business value. You will lead a cross-functional analytics team, build the team lead function from scratch, and connect strategic data requirements with operational excellence. You can expect a modern tech stack, a direct line to the Head of Data, and group-wide impact across BLS, Probonio, and Bike2Future. You lead a team of Analytics Engineers and Analysts – both disciplinarily and professionally – and actively support each person's career development You own the team backlog: you prioritise stakeholder requests, protect team capacity, and communicate decisions transparently You drive the quality and evolution of our data products – from KPI definitions and self-service dashboards to semantic layers and AI products You build lean processes for refinement, planning, and delivery, keeping overhead consistently low You work closely with the Head of Data and technical peers, translate priorities into concrete team goals, and represent the data team in alignment sessions with Marketing, Sales, and Product Your profile You have several years of experience in analytics or BI and have already led a team or teams – professionally or disciplinarily You think in stakeholder value, not tickets – and know when a request needs to be prioritised, reshaped, or declined You bring along engineers and non-technica
